Task forces are popping up among our municipalities aimed at improving our use of energy and environment. Area parks are acting to raise public awareness associated with ecological concerns.

	Wake Up Washtenaw A citizen organization with a vision and a plan for sustainable, transit-oriented development in Washtenaw County, Michigan.
