Top-ranked Pella Windows & Doors distributor is searching for experienced, positive, and energetic In-Home Sales Rep for our Lansing, MI territory. The In-Home Sales Rep will be responsible for selling the finest quality window & door products to homeowners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Negotiate and sell Pella products & services
• Provide in-home sales presentations to customers upon request, including appropriate pricing information
• Convert company provided & self generated leads into sales
• Provide follow up and excellent customer service to prospective and current customers

Requirements

The ideal candidate for our opening will have the following attributes:
• Aggressive, enthusiastic, and confident sales approach
• Minimum 1-3 years in-home sales experience.
• Building materials experience is a plus
• Positive customer service approach with the ability to work cooperatively with others
• Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to succeed in collaborative and team based organization
• Strong relationship building skills
