DESCRIPTION:The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Michigan Chapter is honored to host the 2018 Man & Woman of the Year campaign engaging influential\, compassionate community leaders to help find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients and improve the quality of life for patients and their families. \nThrough this annual national ten-week campaign\, individuals and their teams can have a maximum impact in the fight to end blood cancers. The male and female candidates who raise the most funds during the campaign will be awarded the title of the campaign’s Man of the Year and Woman of the Year\, respectively. Candidates and their campaign teams are judged on their success in raising money\, each dollar counting as one vote. Their totals are then considered for the national title. \nThis event offers a fun and festive way to support LLS programs and services\, which make a difference every day in the lives of people touched by cancer.   You will have a chance to bid on some of the best auction items found.
