SUMMARY:U.S. EPA and the MDEQ Present: the NEW e-Manifest Program
DESCRIPTION:On June 30\, 2018\, the U.S. EPA will launch the NEW e-Manifest system. The system will be used to capture all Uniform Manifests required under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)\, the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA)\, and Michigan’s hazardous waste regulations. After launch\, all Uniform Manifests documenting shipment of state and federally defined hazardous waste and federally regulated polychlorinated biphenyls must be submitted directly to U.S. EPA for processing. Please join the East Michigan Air & Waste Management Association to learn more about the e-Manifest system launch and what that means for you\, directly from U.S. EPA and the Michigan DEQ Waste Management and Radiological Protection Division.
