MDHHS invites providers to the MI Health Link Provider Summit
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is inviting Michigan healthcare providers to discuss the integrated care program, MI Health Link, and coordinating care for Medicare-Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in the program.
The MI Health Link Provider Summit will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center located at 219 South Harrison Road, East Lansing, MI 48824. There is no cost to attend the MI Health Link Provider Summit.
MI Health Link is a health care option for Michigan adults, ages 21 and older, who are enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid, and live in the counties of Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, Macomb, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Wayne or any county in the Upper Peninsula. MI Health Link offers a broad range of medical and behavioral health services, pharmacy, home and community-based services and nursing home care, all in a single program designed to meet individual needs.More
