It’s a new year and we are busy making Valentine’s chocolates already! Part of the fun of working at Birmingham Chocolate is collaborating among our team members to come up with new product designs and flavors for you. Of course we also get to taste them!

The beautiful ganache filled heart truffles pictured below will feature delicious flavors including raspberry, strawberry, dark chocolate, caramel and mint. You can purchase them in a 5pc clear box of assorted flavors or combine them in a larger truffle box of your choosing. They will also be available at Papa Joe’s Gourmet Markets, in Rochester and Birmingham, Market Square in Birmingham, Holiday Market in Royal Oak and Westborn Market in Berkley. Orders for chocolate dipped fresh strawberries must be received by February 7th. They will be available for pickup on the 13th and 14th of February. You must special order them in order to get them. They will only be made to order. Email or call us at 248-723-8008More
