Michael Russell, an organ donor, talks about his decision to donate his kidney to his brother, Cliff Russell.
Betsy Miner-Swartz, communications specialist for Gift of Life Michigan, and Laurie Terreault, widow of a paramedic who donated his organs, appear with Senior Producer/Host Carol Cain to talk about it as well.
And Dan Carney, President/CEO of the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan discusses the importance of kidney health. And he highlights the organization’s upcoming Kidney Ball fundraiser being held on Dec. 3.
