Thanks for your interest in the Michigan Saves Commercial Energy Loan – Detroit Pilot. As of today, the loan funds for the Detroit Pilot program have been fully encumbered. Thus, we can no longer accept loan applications from any business.
It is possible that loan funds may be unencumbered in the coming, if approved businesses do not follow through and close the loan. If that were to occur, we would make an announcement and take additional loan applications. But, until further notice, the Michigan Saves Commercial Energy Loan Program – Detroit Pilot is closed to new loan applications. Michigan Saves will not accept any new loan applications.
However, Michigan Saves is still accepting contractor applications in advance of our Statewide Commercial Energy Loan Program, which is tentatively scheduled to launch in the second quarter of this year. If you would like to become an authorized contractor for the statewide program, which will include Detroit, please review and return the attached application.
