This high profile event is scheduled to take place TOMORROW Friday May 6th, 2016 at the Edward Village Michigan- Hotel and Convention Center (Formerly known as the Hyatt Regency Hotel). Registration: 6:00 PM. Program 7:00 PM.
Attended annually by over twelve hundred people of the corporate, government and grassroots community; this high profile event represents an opportunity for the LAHC to award students with educational scholarships. With your support, we plan to award $100,000 in scholarships this year to deserving students assisting them in their pursuit of higher education.
Additionally, we are privileged to recognize the accomplishments of two phenomenal leaders for their remarkable efforts and contributions to the greater American community. Mr. Ziad Ojakli, Group Vice President, Government and Community Relations, Ford Motor Company and Ms. Veronika Scott, Founder and CEO of the Empowerment Plan in Detroit who will receive the 2016 LAHC Award For Excellence and Great Achievements.
Furthermore, America’s Got Talent 2015 Contestants and renowned Larry Callahan & Selected of God Choir will present a memorable performance for all to enjoy.
