The Mission of GLREA is to increase the mainstream use of renewable energy technologies and sustainable energy practices.
For over 34 years the Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association has been helping consumers in the Great Lakes Region to understand the benefits of using renewable energy. GLREA has been helping businesses connect with consumers to learn about new technologies and products. GLREA has been a strong voice with policy makers in helping them understand the benefits renewable energy brings our region. GLREA is the oldest and largest renewable energy association in the region.
