Allen’s company is the only PV manufacturing facility in Michigan. He has been a driving force in renewable energy and conservation for decades. As the first president and founding member of AWEA, Allan began to raise awareness of alternative methods to sustain families, businesses, and the economy.
In recent years, Allan helped with the formation of the Michigan Energy Fair, a premier event in Michigan that teaches the average homeowner about conservation, renewable energy systems, and bio-fuels as well as how to make the important changes in their lives and to reduce energy costs in the 21st century. Allan spoke at the 2013 Solar Power International and was on the Industry Experts Roundtable.
As a small business person, Allan calls on his experience to help lead new dealers to success as they develop and expand their business models into the renewable energy field.
