Friends of the Detroit River are once again hosting Shiver on the River on Belle Isle. The event is free and open to the public. Many of the Belle Isle facilities, such as the aquarium, will be offering tours and family activities. Saturday, February 1st 10:00am – 3:00pm Belle Isle.
