You are cordially invited to attend a U.S. Geological Survey National Research Program (NRP) lecture on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 10:00 am at the State Library & Historical Center Forum in Lansing (702 W. This year’s speaker is Jennifer Graham who will present “Spatiotemporal Variability of Cyanobacterial Harmful Algal Blooms with Respect to Changing Environmental Conditions.” An abstract of the lecture is attached to this email.
The lecture is sponsored by the NRP and the USGS Michigan Water Science Center and is part of an annual lecture series that we have been bringing to Lansing for several years. These lectures are designed to facilitate the interaction and exchange of technical information among scientists in the NRP, USGS Water Science Centers, cooperators, partners, and university colleagues. The lecture is free and open to all and there is no registration. If you have any questions please contact Ralph Haefner, Deputy Center Director, USGS Michigan Water Science Center through return email or phone number below.
