Description The Lighting Utility Midwest Exchange Network (Midwest LUMEN) is the hub of strategic planning for advanced lighting in the Midwest. This annual meeting will feature updates on utility programs, DLC, EISA Lighting regulations, and much more. WHO Utility employees managing or planning advanced lighting programs.
