Lawrence Technological University will host the fifth annual Regional Stormwater Summit Friday, Oct. 20 on its Southfield campus. The summit is a collaboration of Lawrence Tech, the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office and the nonprofit group Pure Oakland Water (POW). Topics to be discussed at the summit will include green infrastructure and other best construction practices, evaluation and maintenance of stormwater programs across the Great Lakes region, advocacy and legislative updates, climate change, and regional collaboration.
