With Arc, LEED-certified buildings can benchmark against themselves and other similar buildings locally and globally. Spaces without certification can use Arc to make improvements in sustainability and human health and take steps toward earning LEED certification. Ultimately, the performance score in Arc enables you to make data driven decisions to track, manage and improve performance worldwide.
This live online presentation will introduce you to the Arc platform through the lens of pursuing LEED v4 Operations + Maintenance (O+M) certification, using the Performance Score to LEED certification pilot credit. Learn firsthand from Arc and USGBC staff as they explain the concepts of the Performance Score within the Arc platform, and share lessons learned and unique strategies employed by a variety of project types to achieve LEED O+M certification.
This course will be repeated five times in summer 2017. The learning objectives and content will be the same for each session, but each will be co-hosted by a different Regional Director.
