Michael is a partner with the firm. He has been practicing since 1975 and specializes in taxes, investment and real estate. He has lectured on those topics and also published several articles on tax and real estate, some which have appeared in National Public Accountant and Taxes-The Tax Magazine.
Michael Goldberg is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accounts. He earned his degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
Eric has been a principal of Freedman & Goldberg, CPAs, P.C. since it’s inception in 1982. He specializes in management advisory services, business start-up, business restructuring, litigation support, and corporate and individual taxes. He has lectured to law firms and brokerage houses on a number of subjects including tax and related topics.
Eric Freedman is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Michigan Association of CPAs. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
