PROFESSIONAL FLOOR CARE
We offer scrubbing/stripping, sealing and floor finish application to hard surfaced floors, as well as monthly/quarterly maintenance. There is nothing that gives a better first impression than to walk into a building and have the floors shining, literally. Our trademark is that if you don’t see the overhead lights reflected in the floor finish, we didn’t clean it

CARPET CLEANING
Carpet cleaning puts that finishing touch on your business. We use hot water extraction, with a trained staff to pull all the soil out of your carpets and upholstery. Hot water extraction will clean deep into the pile of the carpeting, removing the dirt, while not damaging the fiber.
WINDOW CLEANING
As the eyes are the windows of the soul, your facilities glass care shows that you take pride in your business. Let Royal Services deliver that care with a scheduled maintenance schedule, so that your facility looks it’s BEST.
PROPERTY TRASH OUT
We offer ‘trash-out’ service for commercial buildings and bank owned homes that have recently been vacated. We all know that tenants leave a mound of belongings behind that they don’t need or want. Royal Services can handle the dirty part of getting your properties ready for market through trash out services.
POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Royal Services’ Post Construction Team brings detail to the table as we focus on the corners, inside and outside of millwork, exposed duct work, as well as window and floor care that may be needed. We put that polish on your space as you prepare to move in or prepare for your new tenants.
