EPAs Clean Energy Incentive Program, or CEIP, was established under the Clean Power Plan and is designed to provide additional incentives for early investments in zero-emitting wind or solar power generation, and energy efficiency measures in low-income communities. EPA intends to propose an action that outlines aspects of the CEIP that were not finalized in the Clean Power Plan, including addressing how the program would be implemented.
