Looking for your next big read? The Ferndale Public Library has got you covered.
The second annual Ferndale Reads program will focus on The Local News by Miriam Gershow, and for the first time, a selection with similar themes has been made for younger readers; Eleven by Patricia Reilly Giff. March will be chock full of free events related to the books, including book discussions, a movie series, 90s trivia night, a Go Comedy series, informational talks and a visit from Miriam Gershow herself.
Anxious to get started? Get your free copy of The Local News on Feb. 16 and stop by the library on Feb. 25 for a free copy of Eleven.
