The Michigan Economic Development Corporation today announced that three companies were approved for incentives by the Michigan Strategic Fund to support their expansions in the state. The state support will allow for two business expansions and a community improvement project that are expected to generate nearly $4.8 million in investments and create 97 new jobs.More
On June 27, 2015 the Michigan District Optimists will be conducting a walk for Childhood Cancer at Skyline High School, 2552 Maple N. Maple Road, Ann Arbor MI. Our goal is to raise funds to help alleviate the angst of children with cancer, their families, and to the people who provide services to these children and their families in Michigan. Further it helps to bring a little sunshine to the world of childhood cancer. We do this by supporting children’s cancer camps, providing beanie babies, I tune cards, and other gift cards for families to use.More
