The City of Southfield and the Southfield City Centre will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the new Northwestern Highway Bike Pathway on Wednesday, July 26 at 10 a.m. The ceremony will also include a dedication of the City’s new Zagster bike sharing program. The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) is planning a green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) project on a portion of Oakman Boulevard (between Joy Road and Tireman Avenue).
