We help professionals and homeowners make the most sustainable choices in their new homes construction project, remodel, deep energy rehabs and weatherization projects. GHI is the Midwest’s premier green & LEED home provider and educator with over 3,200 certified green homes and over 10,000 professionals trained. 

For residents & remodelers we are expanding the MI GreenStar Program which is the leading cold weather climate residential building standards program that provides third-party verification and certification of projects for new and existing homes.
