About 650 middle school students from Detroit Public Schools will attend the 2017 Detroit River Water Festival on Thursday, October 19th, 10 A.M.-1:30 P.M. at Belle Isle Park, near the Aquarium and Conservatory, as well as the Belle Isle Nature Zoo.
