Two new informational documents have been developed to help summarize important concepts in the proposed Part 115 draft legislation.  The Benchmark Recycling Standards 2-Pager covers basic details surrounding the portion of the proposed Materials Management Planning process that would have planning committees thinking about ways to increase recycling access and convenience in their communities.  The Calculating a Recycling Rate 2-Pager discusses ways a community could generate a recycling rate based on their materials management practices, and use that data to improve.
