On January 9, 2011, The Emerging Diversity Educational Fund (EDEF) and Decisive Media presented the 15th Annual Urban Wheel Awards “15 Years of Emerging Diversity in the Auto Industry” at the MotorCity Casino Hotel, Sound Board Theater, in Detroit, Michigan.
