Richard Buzard, President of Facilities Performance Services, Inc., will be taking part in a study funded by the National Renewable Energy Lab to develop standard lists of JTAs and KSAs for building energy auditors in Denver 05/11-13th.
The project goal is to create “national guidelines” which will define a common body of knowledge that any training organization will be able to draw from when developing curriculum. This body of knowledge will also be used by the General Services Administration and the Department of Energy to help meet the requirements of the Federal Buildings Personnel Training Act of 2010.
