This is available on-line. Grades 11 & 12 – is a one semester elective that educates students on green building attributes and benefits, and provides them with the educational resources necessary to understand, identify, and improve environmental inefficiencies within their own school buildings.
Grades K-8 – The Teaching Tool curriculum investigates the relationship between the built environment, human ecology, and natural ecology. This 10-hour/15-lesson curriculum engages students in hands-on learning as they discover and explore the green building attributes and opportunities of their own school buildings. This introduces the concept of sustainability, with a specific focus on the principles of green building.
