Black Tie & Tails is one of the most anticipated and premier fundraising events for animal welfare in Southeast Michigan. Since 2001, the event has raised more than $1 million, directly benefiting some 25,000 rescues. All proceeds from this “elegant evening for four-footed friends” enable us to provide innovative and quality care to the more than 2,500 animals who find refuge at the Dearborn Animal Shelter each year.
Black Tie Highlights
- The Paws Promenade. Featuring our adorable, adoptable dog and cat “hopefuls.” In 2011, 5 dogs and 1 cat “swept the elections” and found forever families.
