This year’s Solar Power International (SPI) was a huge success for all of us here at Patriot Solar Group (PSG). We saw a great deal of interest in the products we showcased, including ourOff-Grid LED light trailer, Post driven andBallasted ground mount, and especially our revolutionary Spider ST ballasted roof mount system.
One of the biggest attractions at the show was our Spider ST Ballasted Roof Mount. We were able to showcase it’s unique snap together design, stackability and how quick it is to install. More information on the Spider ST
This year PSG had both their post-driven, and ballasted ground mount. The advantages of the ballasted mount are easily seen as you can mount solar arrays in areas previously “off-limits” like brownfields or landfills, but these systems are both modular and can be used together. This would halt a post-driven option, but with both PSG’s ground mounts able to be used in conjunction with each other, the problem is easily solved. Using the two mounts with each other creates a “hybrid” solar array that can be placed almost anywhere. More information on the Ballasted Ground Mount

Patriot’s Off-Grid Monitor with battery backup unit allows for 2.5 days of autonomy. This unit is versatile and can be used for monitoring, wireless communication and surveillance.
