The Michigan State Housing Development Authority Community Development Division is pleased to announce two funding opportunities:
- Housing Resource Fund (HRF) Notice of Funding Availability which consists of up to $7 million in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding and up to $4 million in HOME Investment Partnership Act funding; and
- The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP2) Program Income Round One Request for Proposals (RFP) for up to $3 million in NSP2 Program Income dollars.

February 27th – Region 2 in Grand Rapids
March 11th – Region 3 and 4 in Lansing
March 20th – All Regions welcome and NSP2 in Detroit
March 25th – Region 1 in Gaylord with video conferencing at Sault Ste. Marie, Crystal Falls, Bergland, Houghton and Marquette.
