Go to the ARISE Detroit! website, www.arisedetroit.org
- Click on the link that says “Neighborhoods Day Events List”, or click on this link, http://www.arisedetroit.org/neighborhoods-day-events-list
- Scan the list of events and select the one that interests you. Many are designated that they are seeking volunteers. Events are also listed on the Neighborhoods Day map to assist with determining location.
- Phone the contact person listed for the event.
- Make your arrangements to volunteer through the contact person. (The organization you contact will manage your volunteer opportunity. ARISE Detroit! does not manage volunteers.)
- Enjoy the experience!
- Email us at info@arisedetroit.org to let us know the event you selected.

Types of volunteer projects include: Neighborhood clean-ups, arts and beautification projects, home builds, blight removal, painting, event set-up, material distribution, assistance with event management.
