Automation Alley, Michigan’s largest technology business association, welcomed 24 new member organizations in October. Since its founding in 1999, Automation Alley has expanded to include nearly 1,000 businesses, educational institutions and government entities from the city of Detroit and the surrounding eight-county region.
Automation Alley provides a diverse offering of benefits for its members, including discounted event admission, free meeting space, a press release system with more than 5,000 subscribers, an online job board and much more. This year, the association rolled out a new membership structure in order to better serve its members. The new structure allows each member organization to pick the membership package that best suits the needs of their company, no matter the size of their business.
“I would like to personally welcome our 24 new member organizations to Automation Alley and thank them for their pledge of support for our organization,” said Automation Alley Executive Director Ken Rogers. “We’re committed to providing a host of benefits to meet today’s business needs. I encourage each and every member to get involved and discover the many ways to engage with our community, such as attending an event, joining a committee or simply hosting a meeting at our headquarters. Or, talk to our staff about other business development programs and services available to help your business grow.”
