The Nonpoint Source Program is requesting proposals to develop or update watershed management plans that will restore impaired waters and protect high quality waters. About $180,000 is available and selected projects will be awarded funding this December. Full applications are due Tuesday, September 1, 2015, no pre-proposal or Notice of Intent is required. Funded projects must result in a watershed management plan approvable under both State and federal criteria.
