Hosted by Parker and Bobo Lamb, who’s rough comedic style brought out nods and laughter from the audience, the graciousness and riveting story of PR Coach Pam Perry’s story of her climb to the professional status she achieved moved the crowd toward thoughts of how to climb their own ladder of success. Cheers and joy were then shared as the Community Champion Award was then given to Tony Weston and Rasheda Kamaria Williams.
As well as creating fun and healthy competition by giving out prizes to the first people to collect 15 business cards, Parker handed out notes and step by step instructions on how to market and expand their businesses. The efforts, detail, and energy of the room were all clear and positive. It’s clear he cares.

Some of the businesses and organizations that caught our eyes were Sasha Rainn Candles, Salon Versatile, Denise P. Collections, Lashez4u2nv, My Sista Girl Clothing, Ladies of Vision, Delightful Nickie’s, Legal Sheild, Job Corps, and the Henry Clarke Stroke Foundation.
