This lunch and learn on Controlling Building Envelope Air Leakage, or “How Big is Your Hole?”. The presentation covers how to apply and use air barriers in industrial, commercial and multi dwelling buildings. We will also discuss “Healthy Buildings = Healthy & Happy Environments” and the impact of building air leakage on a building’s sustainable durability, occupant comfort, health, productivity and overall energy efficiency.
Presenter Steven Tratt, Canam Building Envelope Specialists/Tremco will introduce a new iPad App that collects the required data to assess a building’s existing air barrier continuity. The App predicts energy saving measures and provides a customize comprehensive air barrier report.
