Now you can skip the line by paying your Detroit water and sewer bill at 28 kiosk locations in and around the city. The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) has joined DTE Energy and the Wayne County Treasurer’s Office on the DivDat Kiosk Network.
Detroit water and sewer customers may visit a kiosk to:
- Pay with cash, personal check or credit card with no extra fee;
- Review account information using service address or account number, or scan their bill;
- Have the payment applied to their account the same day; and
- Conveniently pay near home or work.
The kiosks offer language options for English, Spanish and Arabic.
The 37 kiosks are at the following 28 locations:
- Fifteen Rite Aid stores in and around Detroit;
- Coleman A. Young Municipal Center (10th floor);
- Four DTE Energy Payment Centers;
- Three DWSD Customer Care Centers;
- Wayne County Treasurer’s Office; and
- Four other locations.
