Health Care Compliance Dialogues 2017 – The Year in Review
The agenda includes an interactive, informal dialogue with updates on this year’s biggest legal changes for health care providers’ civil rights requirements, focusing on litigation and court decisions about websites, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Video Remote Interpreting, and LGBT discrimination.
The Year in Review will also include an update on repeal of the Affordable Care Act, the status of Section 1557, federal enforcement activities, new court decisions, and future indications.
Health Care Compliance Dialogues have been shared with many health care providers, such as The Cleveland Clinic, Baptist Health Care, and Doctors Hospital at Renaissance.

Bruce L. Adelson, Esq., is a former United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Division Senior Trial Attorney. Today, Bruce is a nationally recognized speaker and expert on civil rights and health care. He has been the keynote speaker for such organizations as The Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health; Cornell University; Harvard University; Kaiser Permanente; Memorial Hermann Health System; and MD Anderson Cancer Center. He teaches cultural competence and implicit bias at Georgetown University School of Medicine.
