
Please join the Sierra Club for
a town hall meeting on Thursday, Jan. 25 on important environmental issues facing Michigan communities and how we can protect our great state. The town hall will feature a panel of state legislators and community activists discussing how policies on clean energy, water infrastructure and contamination, and lead and copper safeguards are affecting all of us in Michigan. The event is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan 25 at the Birmingham Unitarian Church, 38651 Woodward Ave, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304, and is hosted by Michigan Made Great in collaboration with Clean Water Action and Sierra Club.
Scheduled to speak are: state House Democratic Floor Leader Chris Greig; state Rep. Kevin Hertel (D-St. Clair Shore); state Rep. Stephanie Chang (D-Detroit); Mike Berkowitz and Andrew Sarpolis from the Sierra Club, and Mary Brady-Enerson, Michigan Director of Clean Water Action
