Dr. Partha Nandi on behalf of “Ask Dr. Nandi Charities of Michigan” invites you to a benefit gala to raise funds for colon cancer screening, prevention, and treatment on Saturday, March 10, at The Westin Book Cadillac, 1114 Washington Blvd, Detroit, Michigan.
The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with cocktails, dinner, silent auction, photo booth, guest speakers, and live entertainment!

One of the most upsetting statistics is that new cases of colon cancer and rectal cancer are occurring at an increasing rate among young and middle-aged adults in the US. Once age is taken into account, those born in 1990 have double the risk of colon cancer and quadruple the risk of rectal cancer compared to people born around 1950, when risk was lowest.
Early detection and screening for colorectal cancer, when it can be easily and successfully treated, is one of the most powerful health avenues available to us.
Dr. Nandi serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Oakland University, Chief Health Editor of ABC Detroit and Host of The Dr. Nandi show, and has devoted his life to serving humanity and reversing illness and disease.
“I chose to host a gala for colon cancer because it is the third largest cancer killer of men and women in the nation. March is National Colon Cancer Awareness Month and I will be working with survivors, caregivers, and advocates throughout Michigan to spread awareness and raise funds to make a difference in the lives of those affected with colon cancer.”
