On the run? Click here to watch my video inviting you to my intimate 2-day event on nutrigenomics and how nutrition can change your health by turning on and off your genes – to be held at the gorgeous 75-acre 1440 campus is in the California Redwoods Forest, near San Francisco.
The truth is that with much of our lives beyond our control, our health is almost always within our grasp. Right now, I have a unique opportunity for my community to come meet me and work with me in a private setting for TWO entire days. Here, you can learn great information, eat amazing food, and experience yoga and meditation with beautiful surroundings in the California Redwoods Forest.
During this time, we’ll be talking about how your GENES can cause illness OR create health – by being triggered ON or OFF by nutrition. Yes! Your nutrition can change your destiny ON A CELLULAR LEVEL. I hope you will join me to explore, in a small group. This new field of study called Nutrigenomics.
Let me give you an example. It has been found that components such as sulforaphane, found in vegetables like broccoli and brussels sprouts, can naturally inhibit the molecular modification of histones, proteins bound to your DNA.
This would prevent certain cancer-specific genes from being able to express themselves – this means they can possibly help turn cancer genes OFF.
This event will be held on the 1440 Campus, a profound place of learning that hosts a world-class faculty (like Deepak Chopra). It is my honor and privilege to give my community a chance to come and learn from me, in person – and personally.
The 75-acre campus is in the California Redwoods Forest, near San Francisco, and I can’t wait to see you and share this critically important topic with you.
I know that digestive issues can be life altering – and sometimes even life threatening. They can rob you of your health and good times with family and friends. It breaks my heart to see a patient waiting list of several months. I start caring for patients, sometimes as early as 7am – and often long into the evening. I know this is a huge opportunity to be in a place of learning and camaraderie.
These two days may very well be the education of your lifetime.
I hope to see you there.
Namaste,
