TABBOULEH SALAD RECIPE BELOW!
In October, we enjoyed an educational presentation by Dr. Chhabra on Ayurvedic care. He shared the recipe below for cancer prevention, reduced inflammation and overall general health and asked that we send it to all our followers.
Enjoy & Be Well!

2 Pickling Cucumbers, chopped
4 stalks Celery, chopped, including leaves
1 Carrot, chopped
2 cups fresh Parsley, chopped
10-20 soaked almonds (8-10 hours), or 1/2 cup soaked favorite whole grain or oat groats (7-8 hours), or fresh or soaked dried holy basil leaves (10 minutes)
1/2 cup fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
1 TBS fresh Lemon Juice
2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt to taste
