Main Street Oakland County To Celebrate Downtowns, Add Two Communities And Reveal Grant Program For Downtowns

Main Street Oakland County will celebrate the success of its 23 downtowns and announce the addition of two new communities during its annual “Main Event” gala at the Flagstar Strand Theatre for the Performing Arts in Pontiac. U.S. EPA and the MDEQ Present: the NEW e-Manifest Program

On June 30, 2018, the U.S. EPA will launch the NEW e-Manifest system. The system will be used to capture all Uniform Manifests required under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), and Michigan’s hazardous waste regulations. After launch, all Uniform Manifests documenting shipment of state and federally defined hazardous waste and federally regulated polychlorinated biphenyls must be submitted directly to U.S. EPA for processing.
