Freshwater Future Tackles PFAS

Perfluroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl substances, better known as PFAS has emerged as one of the leading environmental and public health threats to emerge in Michigan. Freshwater Future has leverage its resources to spread awareness of these chemicals polluting our water. We have ramped up our communications surrounding this issue, connecting people to the latest information via the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the State of Michigan, and various up-to-date news sources. We recently sent out several press releases to communities with the highest test results on PFAS.  Check out one of our recent press releases for Oakland County.
