Early to bed, early to rise isn’t the only thing that you need to do to get a good night’s sleep. If you are having a hard time getting a good night’s rest here are some tips to follow.
Have sleep schedule: Yes, life gets pretty crazy and you can’t always get to bed on time, but if you fall asleep and wake up around the same time, even on the weekend, you will regulate your body’s sleep clock.
Practice a bedtime ritual: Do something that doesn’t involve bright lights or things that can cause stress or anxiety. Read a book, do yoga, or just stretch and you’ll see a big improvement in falling asleep.
