Mary Beth Gierlinger and Dawn New-Echlin of Grosse Pointe Park appear to believe in lawn care that will contribute to a better tomorrow. Perhaps that’s why they started their eco-conscious landscaping business.
The mission at Eco-Logic Lawn and Landscape is “to provide safe, natural, organic alternatives to chemical fertilizers and weed control,” according to the company. The products used by Eco-Logic are all environmentally safe and free of the harmful chemicals that are found in many commercial fertilizers.
“Eco-Logic is committed to honoring the health of all those who enjoy the lawns and gardens we service in Michigan communities.” The services and programs offered by the company are mindful of the environment and human health.
The many services offered by Eco-Logic include:
- Basic Lawn Care Program: Custom to fit the needs of each customer’s lawn, this program uses a variety of the best organics. It includes four fertilization applications based on the needs of home owners and businesses in Southeast Michigan. Different services are offered for four different time periods: March/April and October, Mid-May, June and August, and July.
- Lawn Maintenance and Seasonal Services: For Spring or Early Fall, Eco-Logic offers a variety of services that include overseeding, de-thatching, soil aeration, clean-up, and tree and shrub feedings and pruning.
