WWJ Newsradio 950 Technology Editor Matt Roush and a panel of experts will discuss job openings in Michigan on Thursday, September 29th, as the opening of the Last Thursday Coffee series put on by the Great Lakes Innovation and Technology Report and hosted by Lawrence Technological University.
What kind of industries and careers are growing in Michigan? What kind of skill sets do these employers require? What do you need to do now to get a good job today and tomorrow?
Panelist include Jake Sigal, CEO of Livio Radio, Erinn O’Conner, co-founder and president of HiredMyWay.com, will be joined on the panel by Peg Pierce, director of Lawrence Tech’s Office of Career Services, and a student entrepreneur.
Registration, breakfast and networking begin at 7:30 a.m. in the gallery of the University Technology and Learning Center, which is #17 on the campus map. The program begins at 8:00 a.m. and concludes by 9:30 a.m.
