PRESENTERS
Andrea Terrien
Operations Manager, WELL AP, LEED Green Associate, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Mossa Certified Group Exercise Instructor
Andrea is the Operations Manager at Catalyst Partners. She has been working in the green building industry for over seven years. She has experience managing finance, accounting, building operations, events and the community office garden. She is currently working on Michigan’s first registered WELL project. She has assisted on the LEED Certification and documentation of various projects. Andrea also has four years of experience working in the health and wellness field, including teaching group fitness classes, one-on-one health coaching and creating wellness opportunities for employees at Catalyst Partners. Andrea is a member of the Active Commute Week Committee with the Greater Grand Rapids Bicycle Coalition as well as the Bicycle Safety Education Committee with the City of Grand Rapids. She co-leads weekly group bike rides for organizations on the west side of Grand Rapids.
Mike Workman
Project Coordinator, WELL AP, LEED Green Associate
Mike is the LEED Project Coordinator for Catalyst Partners. His varied business background, effective communication skills and attention to detail have been valuable components to the effectiveness with which he performs his job. He has a working knowledge of the LEED certification review process and has participated in on-site indoor air quality tests. Mike has made health and wellness a focus throughout his life, and he maintains an active lifestyle during the year cycling or walking to work.
