Black Women About Business is a signature program of Change Agent Consulting which was designed so black female leaders have a sacred space of business, leadership, and wellness support. We offer business planning, executive coaching, training, retreats, and more. Through our Be Well Fabulous Black Woman Tour, women will be empowered, inspired, and motivated to live their best lives professionally and personally. With three stops in Kalamazoo, Detroit, & Grand Rapids, this full-day event will include motivational talks, wellness & leadership breakouts, networking, vendors, good food, and fun. Dr. Lynn Richardson, MC Lyte’s business partner and celebrity financial expert will be kicking us off with an opening motivational talk. Our core team also includes Afrobeat Fit and The Black Heath Academy.
During the tour, local speakers will be identified for our breakout sessions, along with local vendors so each tour stop feels ‘right sized’ for each respective city. During our networking, we will have structured ways of connecting with others with ease that can help increase our sister circle. Vendor bingo will be utilized which will include all vendors at each tour stop to incentivize participants to interact with vendor booths. Prize drawings will be offered for each full bingo card. An interactive session will be facilitated at the end of the day to help attendees put their inspiration into action. We will also evaluate our efforts to determine what we did well at the tour stops and what can be improved.
