Are you enjoying the season of farm conferences? Are you cultivating knowledge, ideas and plans while the sun is shining less? I am just returned from a very successful Northern Michigan Small Farms Conference held at the Grand Traverse Resort. There were many happy and motivated participants of all ages learning about food, farming and health and sharing time together. Four members of the MOFFA Board participated either by presenting or through the MOFFA exhibit and book sales. Two other Board members are off at the Guelph Organic Conference also taking place this weekend.
